I’ve had this room booked since October 1st and received a call while I was 30mins away saying they were completely booked and had to cancel my room.

Helpful staff. Older property in need of upgrades compared to other holiday inn express properties we stayed at. Noisy air conditioner and out dated door locks

The hotel is great. The room was really clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and tasty.
The only slight downside was the location - it was near busy roads so not walkable to any where.
