Rented this place for a week for my sons wedding August 18th through the 26th 2024
Publié le 12 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed here for my son‘s wedding. We rented the place for the week of the wedding loved everything about it. Love that it had all of the necessities that you need was glad that I could bring my fur babies. Eric and Mark were wonderful to deal with. Made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely rent this place again. The beds were very, very comfortable and I like the whole downstairs where the kids could hang out Neighbors are awesome too. thank you for making our stay like we were at home. 😊 Sonia, Dennis and Nick Kochan

Great Place of Respite and Relaxation
Publié le 7 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe so enjoyed Mark and Eric’s laketown landing during a hard time for our family. We love Holland and the lakefront. Unfortunately this visit was for a funeral, but being able to come home to comfortable beds, a great outdoor space, and a clean environment made the lodging portion of our trip a breeze. Will definitely stay here again.

Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat setup for our group! Nice clean bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood but close to a number of activities. We appreciated the welcome basket too. Hosts texted right back when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Wedding Weekend Stay

There were more do not rules than I was used to in a VRBO house, but this did not cause any problems with the stay.
I really appreciated that the hosts refunded the pet fee when my dog didn't make the trip.

I realize you didn't actually come on the trip you booked, and that one of the other guests likely wrote this for you. The person who reviews the property, sees what is included with the property and ultimately decides to book it really should be present on the trip.
I think the guest who trespassed into the neighbors' fenced-in backyard probably didn't like being approached and asked if he needed anything, hence the remark about the rules.
We've been doing this for years with dozens and dozens of guests and have never had a member of the party trespass onto private property not advertised with the property. BUT, we have never had the person who booked the trip not actually be on it either. First time for everything!

Girl’s Trip

A great family getaway
Publié le 20 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our stay! It was perfect for our recent family vacation. Hosts were wonderful and the location was great. The outside space is a nice bonus to relax in after a busy day out and about in Holland and the surrounding area. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay!
Publié le 7 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property was lovely and we enjoyed all the space and household amenities. It was close to Lake Macatawa and Lake Michigan. Lots of things to do and see. Holland is between Saugatuck and Grand Haven so there are a variety of options to entertain. My grandchildren picked blueberries for the first time, and ate a lot of them too. The Hosts Eric and Mark we’re very welcoming too.

Excellent Stay at Laketown Landing.
Publié le 25 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great time at Laketown Landing. The facilities were excellent. We met the owner and he was most accommodating. The location is close to Lake Michigan and Lake Macatawa.
