Publié le 15 juin 2021 sur HotelsVery good location. The staff is very friendly except the lady ( duty manager at the reception on Saturday june 12th.) She was rude, impolite and not professional.
Overall I recommend this hotels.

The Inn is older and that shows. Overall, it was pretty clean. The fabric on the couch and chair in the room were very dirty. The room was very decently sized and the kitchenette with fridge, sink, microwave, and cupboard space were a very nice feature for a family of four. Breakfast was good and the staff were very nice. There are so many dining options and shopping within walking distance.

I wish I could ask for our money back. Pool was dirty, slimy and cloudy. Our heat/air unit wasn’t working the staff offered us a fan. The property was very outdated. Then…. Breakfast no milk no juice and no selection. I would rather sleep in my car

This is a very nice place to stay. The water temp of the pool was perfect. The rooms were clean and the staff were welcoming. The only complaint was that the waffle maker was broken when we had breakfast. Otherwise, everything else was good.

Minor things brought the rating down: the juice machine was out of order but there was no attempt to provide an alternative. Fruit, yogurt and muffins were "out". We determined the juice machine was still out of order the second day so ate breakfast elsewhere. A directory for the TV would have been very helpful, as would information about the area. It was an average stay for a high price.

They were short staffed and the front desk person has to work the front desk AND the breakfast room. The breakfast was AWFUL! There was mold in the shower. We had to get our own towels b/c they didn't have any one to bring them to our room. Our sheets were DIRTY so we had to pick them up at the front desk because they didn't have anyone to bring clean sheets to us.
