Publié le 15 juin 2021 sur HotelsVery good location. The staff is very friendly except the lady ( duty manager at the reception on Saturday june 12th.) She was rude, impolite and not professional.
Overall I recommend this hotels.

Expedia doesn’t have the rooms description correct. We did not get a suite as the Expedia website described. Not the fault of the hotel. If you don’t like my review don’t post it. I won’t change it when that is what really happened

There was little to no food options for breakfast, no coffee, tea bags or juice. Staff claimed all four mornings they were waiting for a truck with supplies. They could have got to any grocery near by.

Publié le 15 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWe went for our Honeymoon to Holland, because it is close to Saugatuck. The person that checked us in was nice and tried to give us a quiet room, which it was. A few things about the room it was very dated, there were holes and nicks all in the walls, I wouldn’t walk on the carpet without at least socks…nasty. The closet was stuck and we almost broke it trying to get it open…no success. If you sit on the couch, it is stained and so uncomfortable. The worst part was the rock hard bed and flimsy pillows. Both of our backs were killing us, and then tried sleeping on my side and my legs fell asleep. It felt like there was a bar in the middle of the mattress. Hot breakfast only if you put it in the microwave. The front desk person didn’t even acknowledge me, she was on the computer (no customer in front of her). The one good thing was being able to go to the beach and walk through the artsy town of Saugatuck.

From the moment I walked in desperately needing a (VERY) early check-in due to car troubles, to needing them to actually print a receipt out for me rather than just E-Mailing it (sorry to everyone there for that one!), to needing to decrease the length of stay but then having to add one more day at the last moment, every single member of the staff (morning, afternoon, evening/late) took care of me, answered every single question, and acknowledged my presence throughout the entire property! Thank you, everyone, very much!
