10 Bedroom w/ PRIVATE Heated Pool - Hot Tub - Games

This brand-new luxury cabin is beautifully decorated and features everything you need for a fabulous getaway for the whole gang. With 10 bedrooms, featuring eight king suites–each with a full bath–and a bunk room with six beds provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for 24+ people.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes all the standard appliances, as well as pots, pans, and utensils to use with them. Peek in the cupboards, and you’ll see plates, bowls, glasses, mugs and flatware–everything you need to fix a delicious meal or plenty of space to spread out the fixings for a DIY sandwich buffet. We also include a toaster and a standard coffee maker.

When you’re ready for fun, you’ll find plenty to do without leaving the cabin. You can take a dip in the private, heated, indoor pool or relax on the large deck just off of nearby Table Rock Lake. The deck contains tables, chairs, and a propane grill so that you can relax, eat, or play games there. Our 2nd living space and game area lets you challenge someone to a board game, ping pong match or spread out on a comfortable couch to watch your favorite movie on the large-screen TV. Your very own private hot tub in the back of the cabin provides a relaxing way to end your day.

If you want to explore, you’re located right beside Table Rock Lake Marina–the largest marina on the lake. You can take a leisurely stroll along the shore. You’ll also have access to the community’s large outdoor pool featuring a slide and splash pad!

It’s also an easy walk to Table Rock State Park which offers hiking and biking trails in addition to swimming and fishing. History buffs in the group might enjoy the park’s periodic tours of historic sites or its living history days.

We haven’t even mentioned Downtown Branson, with its popular shows and nightlife; the Silver Dollar City theme park, with its rides, attractions, shows, and Ozark traditions; or the award-winning golf course at Payne’s Valley, all of which are within a 15-minute drive from our luxurious cabin. You’ll find a multitude of opportunities and a ton of fun awaiting you at the “King Suites” cabin.

Houses was well suited for our large family, kids loved the pool and games. Close to branson but far enough to avoid the traffic and tourism. Kitchen was well stocked and table was big enough for our family to play games and eat together. Thank you for a great escape!

We filled the house and everyone had room to either be together or sit in a private setting in their room. With the open upstairs kitchen and living room plus the basement “play area” with shuffleboard and ping pong and a large TV with indoor pool people stayed busy! Property was nice big big bedrooms.

Branson Home Next to Marina
The home accommodated 25 of us comfortably. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and community pool next door. The deck was awesome! Ww had a great time. It was located less than a mile from the State Park Marina which was very nice for our group. The host was easy to talk to and always tesponded quickly. He did check on us as well. Ben was superb as a host! I heartily recommend him if you see him listed on VRBO as a host. There are a few things that could be better but it wouldn't stop us from staying there again: The couches in the upstairs and downstairs were not comfortable at all. The cushions slid when anyone sat down. There are no dressers in any of the 10 bedrooms so no one could totally unpack , and the kitchen chairs were inexpensive; one was broken when we got there. There is room for a pantry but there isn't one. There is some space available in the kitchen, but not enough for 25 people to unpack all of their food. The great room next to the kitchen only seats 16 so everyone couldn't eat together. There were also a few chairs at the kitchen counter but it still didn't accommodate everyone. For a house that accommodates up to 28, a larger dining area and another large refrigerator would be helpful, even if the refrigerator was located downstairs.

We had a great family get away. Ben was amazing to work with. The house required some additional cleaning, specifically the kitchen. But not enough to keep us from renting it again. Beds were clean and comfortable. Games were fun, pool was not used but pretty to look at. Very nice space for a fun getaway.

Perfect vacation getaway for family
We had a wonderful time spending Thanksgiving at this huge home. All 21 of us had a great time- in the pool, hot tub, at the playground and all the nearby Branson attractions. Beautiful kitchen with a huge table and island, 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers made our meal time memorable. Everyone slept so well in their king-sized beds and enjoyed the privacy of their own bathrooms. Huge TVs made sharing football games and movies fun! Can’t say enough about this venue- it was terrific!

House amenities!
House had a great setup. We liked the master suite setup on nearly all the bedrooms. Great deck on back of house. Possible improvements-Need a larger grill. Current one too small for large group-we did bring our own weber grill to compensate. Also, need some better cooking utensils for kitchen. Trying to prepare breakfast with dollar store spoons and spatulas was tough.

I think what people need to know about this property is that the house is very nice and great for large gatherings. The description oof house itself on VRBO is accurate. However, the lake view left a little to be desired. It is from quite a distance and over treetops. And hopefully they change the description of outside activities. The only fire pit and kid’s playground and volleyball we found is located in the state park… not near the cabin. And to be clear, it is not an easy walk to the state park unless you enjoy walking on Hwy 165 which has some fast moving traffic. There is no easy way to be by the lake unless you go to the marina or park. Hope this helps others in their search…

Spacious Home with Lots of Amenities
We visited during the hottest time of the year so the indoor pool was a welcome retreat when the outdoor pool was too crowded. The house was large yet it stayed plenty cool. We discovered the fans we brought with us were unnecessary. There was plenty of hot water for showering. Finding a Keurig in the kitchen was a bonus as well as having two refrigerators/freezers. The house deck is very large and covered. It sits high up where you get a good breeze. Although the house is pretty far south from where we have stayed before in Branson, we found the location very convenient for the activities we chose.

10 year Anniversary celebration with family
We are already looking forward to booking this property again in the summer. The property was everything we hoped it would be and more. Plenty of space, tons of rooms and everyone having their own bathroom was definitely a first for our group and a great feature of the home. The teenagers loved the pool and hot tub most, the adults enjoyed the spacious deck. Having the indoor pool and covered patio saves our vacation because the rain decided to make an appearance 2 of our 3 days. Would most definitely recommend.
