The villa was very clean and pretty. They should upgrade their paper products from the cheapest possible for such a nice place. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated prompt communications.

Nice but not an accurate description
Publié le 15 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe place was in a convenient location and a nice quiet neighborhood. The listing is misleading and not accurate. Only one of the main level bedrooms had a king bed. The landscaping was nice but some overgrown, making it hard to get to the front door. Birds next outside of the front door, leaving a big pile of bird poop you had to step over to get to the front door. The game room is in the garage. Needs a lot of tlc. Towel rod and shower rod need replaced. Several lights were burnt out, and the grill didn’t work. Received a call before the trip saying the pool and fitness room were not available with out any explanation why.

We had called prior to your arrival and explained that the home owner's association had taken away the use of the amenities for nightly guests. You had told us that was fine, and that you were not planning on using the amenities. We do apologize.

Would Stay Again

Only hiccup was needing help on the weekend, and there was no way of contacting the actual management of the house (answering service which cost $$ if you ask a a question, and they could only help if there was a mechanical emergency). Lot's of potential gotcha fees to watch out for on the checkout process which is listed on the app, but not the posted instructions. Even so, we liked the location and property.

Nice and clean but needs a few updates
Publié le 26 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayTwo Coffee machines but both had pieces missing and box fan for upstairs was broken . Beds need mattresses flipped but we did like the place a lot and neighborhood was quiet . Swimming pool access was easy and all of the ages we had in our family loved the pool. We used it 3 out of 5 days . Other than those few cosmetic details we’d stay there again . Just know the loft person / persons do not have their own bathroom.

Great meeting place with friends
