Welcome to your wonderful vacation rental, Tuscany Hills, in the heart of Branson Creek! This beautiful three bedroom, two and a half bathroom property is the perfect spot for your next getaway. You and your family will enjoy the stunning views of the rolling hills and the surrounding wooded area.

The first floor of the house offers a spacious living area with comfortable seating, a flat-screen television and a gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary amenities, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. You can also enjoy a meal at the dining table with seating for six.

With two bedrooms on the main level and a loft bedroom upstairs you have plenty of room for quiet time.

Outside, you will find a patio with plenty of seating and a charcoal grill.

Golf getaway with friends
The property location was great for our golf trip. The house was comfortable and matched the photos. However, the house was not stocked with any basic necessities. For example, there are minimal pots and pans. There was zero soap in the kitchen and bathrooms. Also, we sent numerous messages to the host asking about check out procedures and never received a reply.

Quiet and clean
This property was exceptionally clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. It is central to old town, downtown and Big Cedar Lodge. Easy to get to any attraction. Please note this is a very hilly neighborhood. The house is dog-friendly but does not have a yard so you will have to walk a lot around those hills. If you cook at home during your stay, there are not a lot of essentials. There is no cooking spray, foil, baggies or other storage containers. Cleaning supplies are limited as well.

There were six ladies that enjoyed the villa. The only problems we had was no tv in one bedroom and no hairdryer. The other thing was no bathroom upstairs. Other than that every thing else was great.

Convenient location for Big Cedar golf/Branson
My wife and I wanted enjoy golf at Big Cedar and walk around Branson and this location allowed us to do both and be wonton a few minutes of all the fun. The home would be perfect for a family or guys golf trip as it has plenty of room for all. Nice quiet neighborhood just down the street from all the Big Cedar courses. The kitchen has all the necessities needed for eating in and the bedrooms and bathrooms are nice size. Everything was just as the listing said and was perfect for our stay

Least well equiped property we've stayed in.
We use VRBO at least once a year. 9 nights every Fall. One hanger in entire home - with a fly strip hanging from it. COMPLETELY clogged master tub...when cleaned by my husband had large amount of hair etc...out of drain. It didn't appear tub was cleaned and if it had been the cleaner would have noticed the tub was filling and zero drainage. Plunger next to each of the 3 toilets...all plungers needed using periodically throughout stay. Dirty kitchen supplies including crusty spatulas, pans etc... Pool not accessible due to (Oct. 1) change in property HOA policy and change in entry. Continuous bug problem in guest bedroom. Over all very poorly managed property. We were in town with a couple of thousand others for a convention and were able to access their pools thanks to our kids friends. We have never had such a poorly appointed property. When calling Sunset Management they were completely out of touch with the property and offered to give us $100 refund (on our $2000+) for stay...which I have yet to see. Will not rent from any Sunset Management properties in Branson again.

Great stay!
House was very clean and check in process was smooth. This house is close enough to enjoy all the Branson has to offer but does not feel like you are smack dab in a tourist trap. Beautiful neighborhood and this house made for a great trip.

Beautiful Home but needs TLC
While, the home is beautiful to look at it needs some TLC. The king bed mattress is so soft our backs ached. The reason for the "do not turn down the refrigerator" is due to them not cleaning the coils underneath, those should be cleaned every 6 months, then your appliance will work as intended. We had an issue with the amount of flies infesting the property upon arrival, I guess having 2 fly swatters on hand should have been a clue, we killed over 50. It takes forever to cool the place down, granted it was almost 100 degrees upon our arrival. Again, a little TLC would be helpful. If I wanted to rent a hotel I would have, the little bottles they left us to use left me with a feeling I was in a hotel. Plus the towels are Amazon Basics and white, just like a hotel. We finally discovered 2 extra coffee cups right before we left, there were 3 in the cabinet near the coffee maker so we had to wash them every day. It doesn't matter if they match, just have enough on hand for the people to use during their stay.

First let me say the place was very clean. The villa overall was lovely. Now for the disappointing parts. We tried calling and texting the property manager numerous times the first evening and second day with no response. We have been coming to Branson at Christmas time for over 20 years and we have never stayed in a place that had no Christmas decorations up. Having kids with us it was a big Disappointment to us. Althrough they did have a Christmas tree in a closet in a box. Also the queen bed listed was a full sized bed, not a queen. When you spend as much as we did for 3 nights you should have made us feel welcomed by returning our call or texts. Not to mention taking time to decorated for Christmas.

Location was perfect for us as we were golfing right down the street. The only issue we had was with dishwasher as it didn't work very well, it wouldn't clean the dishes. Had to hand wash some items so that they could be used again.
