The bathtub/Shower would take a long time to drain and the toilet would take along time to fill
That is my only complaint

Quiet and clean
Publié le 9 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property was exceptionally clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. It is central to old town, downtown and Big Cedar Lodge. Easy to get to any attraction.
Please note this is a very hilly neighborhood. The house is dog-friendly but does not have a yard so you will have to walk a lot around those hills. If you cook at home during your stay, there are not a lot of essentials. There is no cooking spray, foil, baggies or other storage containers. Cleaning supplies are limited as well.

Almost perfect
Publié le 27 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThere were six ladies that enjoyed the villa. The only problems we had was no tv in one bedroom and no hairdryer. The other thing was no bathroom upstairs. Other than that every thing else was great.

Convenient location for Big Cedar golf/Branson
Publié le 23 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayMy wife and I wanted enjoy golf at Big Cedar and walk around Branson and this location allowed us to do both and be wonton a few minutes of all the fun. The home would be perfect for a family or guys golf trip as it has plenty of room for all.
Nice quiet neighborhood just down the street from all the Big Cedar courses. The kitchen has all the necessities needed for eating in and the bedrooms and bathrooms are nice size. Everything was just as the listing said and was perfect for our stay

Least well equiped property we've stayed in.
Publié le 9 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe use VRBO at least once a year. 9 nights every Fall. One hanger in entire home - with a fly strip hanging from it. COMPLETELY clogged master tub...when cleaned by my husband had large amount of hair etc...out of drain. It didn't appear tub was cleaned and if it had been the cleaner would have noticed the tub was filling and zero drainage. Plunger next to each of the 3 toilets...all plungers needed using periodically throughout stay. Dirty kitchen supplies including crusty spatulas, pans etc... Pool not accessible due to (Oct. 1) change in property HOA policy and change in entry. Continuous bug problem in guest bedroom. Over all very poorly managed property. We were in town with a couple of thousand others for a convention and were able to access their pools thanks to our kids friends. We have never had such a poorly appointed property. When calling Sunset Management they were completely out of touch with the property and offered to give us $100 refund (on our $2000+) for stay...which I have yet to see. Will not rent from any Sunset Management properties in Branson again.

Thank you Larissa for your feedback. Unfortunately you were informed of the wrong information from the resident in that neighborhood. The pool is still open for guests, and the HOA did not change the rules. However, that area, along with several other resorts in town close their pools down after Labor Day weekend. We had never said that it was all pools, and we as the property management are only in charge of the unit themselves, not the pools. Also, the refund was processed the very same day that we had told you that it would be. You may need to contact your card provider to find out more if you have not received. We also would like to apologize for any other inconviences you encountered during your stay.

We would have cleaned it but we couldn’t get into the housekeeping closet
