1 bedroom with twin beds, 1 queen bed in the living room.
Full kitchen including dishwasher and full size stove.
Washer and Dryer in the kitchen.
Large bathroom with private toilet room, walk in shower.
Quit Central A/C and heat pump, that means no window units with noise. Concrete patio on the lake.
Parking right in front, no steps, unless you go to the dock. The cottage and concrete patio are handicap accessible, but the fishing dock is not. The path to the dock is lighted at night.
Trout Hollow Lodge is next door, so you can walk through the gate in the privacy fence and buy your fishing license there, they also have a small store.
If you have a boat, you can rent a slip or a boat next door.
Mr. Gilberti's Italian Restaurant is across the street.

Perfect cozy cottage
We loved our stay at the cottage, it was perfect to come back to after a long day of activities. The back patio is perfect for the kids to hang out, and the dogs to watch the squirrels. We can’t wait to come back

Cute little cottage
This was exactly as advertised- cute, quiet and clean! Will definitely stay here again. Loved listening to the river right outside the back door! It’s close enough to all the things and Branson yet far enough away to be nice and tranquil!

We had a wonderful stay with our family during Thanksgiving week. The unit was clean and had a wonderful view. It was perfect for our Family and dogs. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to cook a traditional Thanksgiving dinner with ease. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Cottage on Lake Taneycomo
We enjoyed our stay at the Cottage. The home was very clean, had all of the amenities one might want and was conveniently located near downtown Hollister and Branson. We spent our mornings and evenings on the back patio which boasts a wonderful view of the lake. There is also a dock if you want to throw a line! The property owner was available to answer any questions we had. Checking in and out was very easy. If you are in the area and are looking for a nice, clean, affordable place to stay right on the water; this is the place .

Cottage was wonderful. The patio overlooking the lake and the dock were our favorites! Property was as advertised. Our pup was comfortable and enjoyed the patio too! We didn't catch any trout but we saw them so we will need to return!

Beautiful Property Right on the Lake
This is a cute cabin right on Lake Taneycomo with views of the sunrise and sunset over the water. You can sit and watch the boats and canoes go by. The cabin has everything you need: a well stocked kitchen, a full bathroom, and a beautiful patio! It is clean, and Louise was wonderful to work with. We hope to be back soon!

Quiet Getaway
The cottage was quaint and perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed being right on the lake…especially the patio…and Trout Hollow next door was very kind to rent us a boat. The host was very responsive and made checking in and out very easy.

Excellent Cottage
This property is well kept, clean and the owners are local, accessible and very responsive. Have stayed here a handful of times in the last few years with at least one stay per year. It’s close to vacation activities and it’s always fun fishing off the dock.

Lake Home
This was our second stay at the lake home and we have booked another visit in July; so I think our return visits says it all. We love the location and the view shown is exactly what you see every day. If you like to visit the Branson attractions, and then go home to the peace and quiet of the river, then this is the PLACE! Plan to try kayaking and fishing on my next visit.
