Location, Location, Location
Publié le 30 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved the peacefulness of the location yet a quick drive and central location to Dogwood Canyon, Branson and the showboat dinner cruise. We spent mornings with coffee on the deck overlooking the mountains, then afternoon trips out, then back for the calm and beauty of the sunset. Well needed vacay!

Quiet, peaceful place

I would add that this location is not suitable for those with physical limitations as parking is on a steep incline, and the suite is at the top of a staircase. The panoramic view is gorgeous and the quietness was very relaxing. We found a fabulous pizza place nearby called Mr. Gilberti‘s that we highly recommend!

Perfect weekend retreat.
Publié le 23 août 2020 sur HomeAwayVery nice little retreat for my and the wife. Communication was perfect, location was close to what we were wanting, the view was nice. Parking was a little tough because of the size of my truck, but wasn't anything that would change my mind about coming back. The room was clean and all linens and towels were clean and smelled fresh. The bed and pillows were comfortable (I'm picky on those). The carpet does have traffic wear and is coming up on needing replaced. The furniture was dated, but fit the theme of the room and property its self. Only thing I'd add would be a little privacy wall on one side of the deck to give you and the other unit Next door a little more privacy during the busy months. I'll definitely be coming back to eagles nest for another weekend getaway.

Secluded getaway
