The Space:
Howdy, y'all! Welcome to our lakeside haven where relaxation meets fun. As you step inside, soak in the stunning lake view that you can enjoy from the back deck. Feel free to fire up the propane grill for a tasty cookout while enjoying the fresh air.

Inside, cozy up by the indoor electric fireplace and catch your favorite shows on YouTubeTV with our hi-speed wifi. And if you're up for some friendly competition, head on over to the pool table for a game or two.

On the main level, Bedroom 1 boasts a luxurious king bed with its own attached bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 offers a king bed and a twin bed, along with an attached bathroom featuring a convenient walk-in shower.

Venture downstairs to find even more comfort and convenience. Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 both offer king beds and attached bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub/shower combo. Perfect for the kiddos, Bedroom 5 features a twin over full bunk bed and a nearby hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Getting Around:
The lodge is conveniently located 10-minutes from Branson’s entertainment and shopping district, along with a myriad of outdoor activities, including boating, fishing, and hiking, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the Ozarks. Whether you are celebrating a special event or a family vacation, this lodge offers something for everyone.

Other Things to Note:
The Rocky Shores lakefront vacation destination is brand new. GPS and mapping apps have not yet surveyed the streets and physical addresses. Please follow Highway 65 to Highway 265. Follow Highway 265 for .7 miles to Highway P. Remain on Highway P for .8 miles to Clevenger Cove Road. Please follow Clevenger Cove Road, Hollister, MO 65672 1.5 miles into Rocky Shores. Each home is denoted with a house number.

CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. We rented two units next to each other to accommodate our family and it was perfect for us! The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the description said they were “on the lake”, which they technically are; however, there is no beach/lake access to use to swim, etc. Orher than that, it was perfect!

Perfect for the whole family
The house was spacious, clean, comfortable and had all of the extras. They had a high chair, baby gate and pack n play for the 1 year old. Everyone had plenty of room and we enjoyed both the upper deck and the lower. Fun with the pool table. The outdoor pool was excellent! Also had an indoor pool that the teenagers loved! Everything was so smooth. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on our vacation.

Beautiful spacious home and amazing views!
We absolutely loved our stay! We enjoy staying just outside of the hustle and bustle of Branson. The location was perfect. Close to all the things we wanted to do. The home is so spacious and cozy! We all felt like we had plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable. I also loved how everyone had their own bathroom. Our favorite parts were the pool table and the spacious decks outside to watch the sunsets. The kitchen had everything we needed and All the kitchenware was well taken care of and good quality. We also utilized the grill and outdoor eating area. We also loved the outdoor pool, which is super close. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!

Beautiful property and nice view
My family and I truly enjoyed staying at this property. When we had questions the management always quickly responded. The property was clean but there were many spider webs on the front entrance and more on the back patio that were no fun walking into. The place was beautiful and they provided nice quality dishes, bedding and toiletry items. Unfortunately the ice maker on the refrigerator produced ice extremely slow to accommodate 9 people so we had to purchase some. The view of the lake was absolutely beautiful and it felt very spacious for everyone to spread out. Overall I highly recommend staying here as we plan to come back!

We really enjoyed staying here. It was spacious, clean and the separate floors provided privacy if traveling with more than one family. The house was very well equipped with all the kitchen necessities for those that may need them. The beds were all very comfortable. We loved the lake view out of the balconies. 2024 Chetopa High Senior Trip
We had a fabulous stay! Adam and Brittany were so welcoming. Myself and another sponsor took five high school seniors for a three day trip to Branson. Although we didn't make it to town until 4:00 we were sent a message at 2:15 letting us know the house was ready if we wanted to check in early. The house was very clean and well organized. We loved that every bedroom had their own bathrooms. The view was perfect and we loved the upon and lower decks. The pool table was a huge hit with our group. And the beds were the most comfortable beds any of us have ever slept in. I even messaged Adam and ask him what brand they were and he immediately responded with an answer. We highly recommend this rental!!

Six retirees from MN enjoyed the Branson area and had the pleasure of staying in this property! Clean, roomy, plenty of bathrooms. This was a wonderful quiet retreat to come back to. Would recommend this property to groups, very nice!

Family from Arkansas and Oklahoma met in Branson for cheerleading competition and brief getaway. House was perfect and had a nice view of lake. Weather not great for sitting outside which was too bad because it has two great and large balcony/porches. It is a little way out of town and your first drive off of 65 to the house seems long but once you have done it a couple of times, it really doesn’t take that long. We went to several different spots in Branson and Hollister and never felt like we were too far from everything.

The property was beautiful and exactly like the pictures. There was even a few Christmas decorations in the home. There were 4 families staying here and it was perfect. Check in was easy they sent me a door code a few days in advance. Property manager knows how to take care of their customers. I would stay here again, everything was brand new
