Our check in time was at 4 PM. We checked in around 4:15 and our room was still not ready. We waited until about 5:20 and asked again and were told it would take a while. After asking, they gave us another room that was ready with the same layout that I had booked. Other than check in everything else was great!

The cleanest hotel stay during my 5 dsy trip to California. Only complaint is that there is no jacuzzi but that's okay.
