Located in a boater's paradise, our 3-bedroom, 3-bath Branson condo sits in a quiet cove on beautiful Table Rock Lake. We are in one of the finest condo projects in the Branson area. This condo is at street level. There are no stairs to climb inside or out. If you have a large group, we have a network of owners who work together to help you find the perfect accommodations for your group.

A convenient on-site marina is also available offering a boat ramp, boat storage, fishing needs and gas for your boat.


Further Details: Each of our bedrooms has a ceiling fan, a television and a full-size bathroom. Comfortable mattresses and blackout curtains are perfect for a good night's sleep. Babies and toddlers are accommodated with a Pak'n Play, high chair, and toddler's picnic table. The 4-season sunroom offers an alternative place to eat, play board games, or relax after a full day of sight-seeing, watersports, shopping or golf.

Branson has something for everyone. Known as the 'Entertainment Capital of the World', Branson has over 50 theaters and over 100 family-friendly shows ranging from comedy to magic to Broadway to dinner theaters and a wide variety of music. Most shows are open from March through December, while others operate year-round. Within minutes of the condo, you can also find theme parks, water parks, museums, championship golf courses, and outlet malls. Perhaps you would like to hike in the natural beauty of the Ozark foothills or enjoy swimming or fishing while surrounded by the beautiful scenery of Table Rock Lake. Teens and other young adults might enjoy the new zip line experience north of town or race a car around a track. Everyone can find something fun to do in the Branson area.

Great Location!
I traveled to Branson with daughter and 3 boys! The set up with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths was ideal. Everyone had enough space to play or watch tv and the dining room table accomodated all of us. This unit would be great for summer months as it has an outdoor pool and water everywhere around it. it's located about 25 minutes from Branson but it's near the expressway. there isn't much around the condo as far as eating - that stuff is around 15 minutes or more away. There is a full kitchen and the only things missing were kitchen shears and a measuring cup. I loved having the coffee there and the cleaning supplies and everything handy. The unit has 3 bedrooms with 3 King size beds. We also had to use the sofa sleeper. the mattresses on the sleeper isn't good for an adult as it's pretty thin so the 8 year old slept on that. The King size bed in the Master and the nautical room need to be replaced. Sitting on the edge of the bed and you're sitting on the box spring. The walls are pretty thin and there was some noise from next door (dog barking) and upstairs there was some foot steps and loud noises. There were very few people staying at the complex when we were there 12/28 to 1/4. But again, there is a lot to do around the area (outdoor wise) if weather permitted. We had a good time in Branson - but clearly it's pretty expensive for a family to go there. We did some of the free stuff around but everything else was over $100 for 5 people.

Great condo for weekend getaway
Very comfortable condo for 3 couples with each bedroom having a private bath. The fireplace was nice for a cool evening and we slept quite comfortably. Close to town without all the noise and traffic.

Comfortable Clean property with Home Feel
Aunt Carol created a welcoming and comfortable experience for Unit 10. If view is not a concern for you but location in a Resort setting near Branson is then this 3 Br 3 Ba is for you. Plus it is steps from the car for loading and unloading which was great.

Pleasant stay
Well maintained. Parking was sufficient for us and we had 3 vehicles but this time of year understandable. Heads up that the property has been painted and don’t look for the colored roofs they are all tan, roofs and all. The road is steep down to the lake. The security gate was not being used so it was of no issue. Overall very nice and Carol is very pleasant to work with. Would definitely use again.
