Great location for Branson

1week family Branson vaca
Publié le 14 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayCute little apartment style unit. The gate process was a nightmare the first couple days but once we called the property manager and got our license added it was great. The place had everything we needed and we were able to eat in a lot which was nice.

Nice getaway

Our family vacation
Publié le 23 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay at the condo was very nice. The condo’s location was quiet on the lake. Although the lake view was minimal, we enjoyed the outside porch. Neighbors were friendly, outgoing, and quiet. We were able to watch squirrels play, geese families, and saw 2 deer. Things to take note of specifically in regards to the condo itself: I had to call for the door code (I did not see an email with access information), the gate process was easier on some days ( 1 day I was able to drive right in and other days I was asked to show my ID and provide a code that I was later told was nonexistent), the sofa bed’s pump was missing ( I called about the location of the pump and was told it was under the TV, but after searching through the condo, finally found it in the kitchen), lastly FYI the electrical outlet in the master bedroom appears to have caught fire ( it is black) someone should check on it ASAP. Overall I would recommend the condo but suggest written instructions for the sofa pump’s location and maybe texting the door code to the phone number on file.

Great condo but the gate process is horrible
Publié le 1 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe condo was clean, hadd all amenities we needed, and was just steps from a beautiful lake. However getting through the gate was absolutely horrible! We had to give our license plate number before check in and it was supposed to be put in a system where the cameras read it and gates automatically opened. This was not the case. The first four days we had to stop to speak to security and give them all of our information including scanning our id each time we wanted to enter, which was multiple times a day. This is by no means the fault of the owner. Also, it was a little further from the strip than I expected and if you have dogs, there are not that many grassy areas to take them to potty to.
