Publié le 14 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayVery depressing inside. None of the blinds on windows opened. They are totally broken, could not look out. Plastic slats are also broken. Bed creaked loudly every time one of us turned over. Bathroom door squeaked . Some light bulbs out. Decor old. whole place dingy, but it was clean. Lower portion of grounds overgrown, gas bbq unusable. No courtesy coffee for 1st day was available as stated.

Publié le 13 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayCondo was accurately described and location was great, away from the busy downtown area. Did not receive code to lockbox at the time they said we would, but contacted the owner and he had it to us in about five minutes.

Wouldn’t stay here again
Publié le 16 août 2022 sur HomeAwayI have done other VRBO properties before and thought they went well, so I thought we would try another one for our trip to Branson. Not sure if it is common or not, but other property owners gave us full information right after booking. We had to wait until the 3:00 check-in to receive more information, which seemed like kind of late notice. Upon arrival, it was 85 degrees inside with a humidifier plugged in. It also smelled musty, but that seemed to go away after the humidifier was unplugged for a little bit. The AC worked well. The cable and internet did not work, but communication with the property owner was prompt and was fixed by the next day. I wish pictures of the bathroom would have been included because the shower was extremely small, and there was not much counter space either. Would not have booked it if those pictures would have been included. The space of the place in general was good for two people, but I wouldn’t recommend any more than that. I was looking for somewhere cheaper to stay while we were in Branson, but honestly, it was not worth the price per night. There were other options but that looked nicer for about the same price (further away from where we wanted to be though). This place served its purpose of having somewhere to sleep at night, but I would not stay here again.

Checkin and checkout was really easy!
Would definitely recommend for someone needing a place to stay and not wanting the hustle and bustle or price of a hotel. Very fair priced and quiet little area.

Pictures are deceiving.
Publié le 17 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayIt was much smaller than pictures indicated. I had to call owner to get the code to get in never received the code as indicated ptior to check in. There was nothing (pots/pans) to use for cooking. Only one sm 8” skillet to use on stove top. The recliners in the sofa did not work. The covered porch has ZERO view because the weeds were higher than my head while standing on the deck. Could not recommend.

Weekend stay at Hollister MO.

The host was very prompt in replying to any concerns that we had. He was very courteous and had provided everything that we needed. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Condo stay
Publié le 15 déc. 2021 sur HomeAwaySo when I arrived I noticed I never got the lock code sent to my email couldn’t get in touch with the owner bc they were out the country waited an extra 30 mins and they finally sent the code . We get in and the property was very clean the only thing is the water did not get hot just warm enough for you to take a 1-2 min shower you had to be in and out overall my stay was good just a few bumps in the beginning

We are so sorry for the issues you experienced. Yes, we routinely send the check in information at 3:00 PM each day after the unit is cleaned, and it was overlooked. We are appreciative of your understanding and in spite of me being out of the country it was amazing that we got this resolved in 30 minutes.
I have also informed maintenance to adjust the hot water so that doesn't happen as well. We hope you will give us another chance, and thank you so much for your stay and your feedback!
