Property is very clean and noise levels were average. Pets are allowed so be prepared for barking dogs. Would highly suggest getting a room with lake view. About 15 minutes away from food. May want to stop by and get snacks before coming. No room service but can get coffee and towels from front desk. Overall, liked the property.

There was a water main break (what we were told) therefore no one could shower, use the bathroom, etc. Walls were super thin so you could hear everything in units near you and from outside.

The condo was not clean. Bedding was dirty. Couch is severely stained. The dishes was put away dirty. There was some kind of sauce all over the stove. The room I booked online is not the room we was given. The hot tub doesn’t work properly.

Westlake resort Branson, Missouri

Very nice place. The only thing we noticed was walking barefoot The hardwood floors were beautiful, but our feet were black must’ve not been moped in months

I love to set. The property, was on the lake and had beautiful lake views and not too far from entertainment. We were on the first floor and I do feel like it was very loud and the people above us walking around.
