Lovely beach house. Great location. We only had 5 adults so it was very comfy. Views were spectacular....right on the ocean. I would not hesitate to stay again. Only suggestion: The very bottom step going to lower level is a different color brown which blends with floor. My 70 yr old father fell. NOT HURT...but I would put a WATCH YOUR STEP...OR something more identifying.

Inadequate for a family.

The living room furniture was awful 😞. It's outside furniture and a couch and two chairs is a joke for a family to be able to sit around and watch TV or just talk. The set up in general is weird lack of storage bigger size storage bowls was a bummer too. Making some minor changes to furniture and set up and offering a baby gate for the steps would be great and make this home a much better fit for a family there was 8 of us and it wasn't the best set up. I couldn't imagine having 10 there and and trying to fit everyone for dinner or to watch a movie at night.

Great House

We passed this house up several times because the outside doesn’t look very appealing but when we viewed the pictures of the inside we decided to give it a try. This is a great house on the beach and has plenty of space (we had 4 adults and 5 kids) and with the bunk bed rooms on the first floor there were no issues. Love the locals in Topsail, everyone of them were nice and enjoyable to talk to. Overall great beach and perfect house

House Stay

Getting in to the house was a problem - code didn't work. There was a leak in the downstairs door - response was "must be a problem with the seal" but nothing was done about it....got bags and belongings wet. Nails on deck were not properly hammered in and my step-son got a deep gash in his foot......no tv's in bedrooms; wouldn't stay again at this location

We had a really nice stay at Beachy McBeachHouse. The a/c was a little inconsistent from room to room but nothing we couldn't live with. Otherwise we had everything we needed.
