Relaxing and therapeutic
Publié le 7 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was our 3 rd summer staying here. We have been coming to Topsail for many years but have found this home to be perfect for our family of 4. It is comfortable and a home more so than a mental. I highly recommend. As for Serenity Point in general, it is a slice of heaven! You won't regret coming to this beautiful part of the island.

Annual beach week, 2024
Publié le 6 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe have stayed in a number of units at Serenity Point over the past 15 years or so. Summer Paradise is perhaps the best of them all. So clean and well appointed. Everything works and is in good order. Guests have access to an incredibly generous array of beach toys. The owners are very responsive and helpful. You feel like you're staying at a friend's place, someone who wants you to have a great time, who trusts you completely, and who wants you to feel like everything is taken care of.

Relaxing and Fun
Publié le 15 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had the best time. The place was so clean and it was so relaxing. Easy check in and check out process. Also this property was so convenient to the community pool. The beach was close however it is difficult to walk from sand dunes to beach. Using a beach cart doesn’t make it easy but we did not complain. Sunsets are beautiful and the beach was not crowded. Will come back.

A Lovely Stay
Publié le 14 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayOwners responded quickly with inquiries and were easy to work with. The home is very clean. A bottle of wine awaited us on our arrival which was a nice touch. As with most homes in the area, they do sway but you get used to it as it lulls you to sleep. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Our Long Weekend Getaway to TI
