Awful Property Management
Publié le 6 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family stayed here for spring break and we purposely rented the property because it had a pool. However, the pool was closed the entire week! We contacted the property manager who did absolutely nothing and did not even follow up on the status.
Also, it is a bit of a far walk to the beach and not really close as advertised in the listing.

We followed up on the situation just 26 minutes after the guest called reporting the pool closure, we informed them that they were at the incorrect pool and to follow the directions provided to the correct pool associated with this unit. Distance to beach is accurately depicted by the location map on the listing and confirmed correct by previous guest reviews.

Great vacation spot
Publié le 16 août 2023 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our stay here - not only because we got engaged!!! But the condo was very nice and clean and we would definitely stay here again! The heat advisory made it feel a bit warm inside having to keep the thermostat at 73 degrees but overall we truly enjoyed our stay here!

Very nice place and good location.
Publié le 6 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe were 2 couples, each couple had one room and one bathroom. One couple had to sleep in single beds but okay for a week. The place is well maintained and clean. Short walk to the free trolley and to the Publix which has everything you need.. Kitchen has everything you need but no barbecue available. Short distance walk to the beach. A large cooler on wheels was available which we used to bring a lunch and drinks to the beach. We would of liked to have 4 beach chairs to bring to the beach with us but they had beach towels. Balconey is very nice. Air conditioner works well. A few staircases to get to appartement but no problem for us. Quiet building and neighborhood.
