Kokomo by SeaBreeze Vacation

Kokomo, formerly known as OHasis, is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom bungalow with a heated pool and private, tropical backyard. Ideal location being steps from the Gulf of Mexico, Come relax & enjoy this oasis in Holmes Beach! Step inside and see the high cathedral ceilings with an open living space. An open-concept kitchen facilitates great communication and interaction between you and your guests in different areas of the home. Whether you're cooking, entertaining guests, or spending time with family, everyone can feel connected and engaged. Step outside and you'll love the private, lush backyard. Private heated salt pool for you to relax after a day at the beach. The Gulf of Mexico is only 210 steps for you to soak up the sun and play in the sand!

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed. Bedroom 2 accommodates two twin beds, which can effortlessly be merged to create a king-size sleeping arrangement (conversion kit in bedroom trunk). Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, offering the convenience and privacy to you and your guests. There is also a sleeper sofa in the family room.

This property is located near shops and restaurants - kick back and enjoy all the amenities!

This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. SeaBreeze Vacation strives to bring only the best quality experience to our guests. To do so, we provide a professional linen service at this property to better enhance your enjoyment while staying here. This luxury amenity provides you high-quality linens that are in place and ready for your use upon your arrival. Beautiful Stay!
We had a lovely stay at the Ohasis Getaway II. The house was well-equipped and had all of our beach and pool needs, including sun screen, towels, toys, and bug spray. We sometimes find that owners go cheap on certain things, but this property had super comfy beds, big smart TVs in every room, and good quality towels and blankets. Quick, easy walk to the beach and easy to get to the north and south ends of the island. Overall a very comfortable, homey place to stay!

Great location and lovely rental
Loved the house and the location can’t be beat. Quick one block to the beach and even walkable to Pine Ave if desired. Close trolley stop so you don’t need to drive anywhere if you don’t want to. Pool was great to relax in and beside. All the necessities were provided. Great house - would stay there again.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Ohasis getawayII and could not have been happier with the property, the location and overall feel of the property. Katy has thought of everything. The property is clean well stocked and her level of communication is on point. We are already looking to plan a trip for next year.

Great vacation
This house has everything you need for a great vacation! It is well stocked with beach wagon, beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. This was nice since we flew to AMI and unable to bring our own. The beach is an easy walk 1 block away. The outdoor shower was very convenient after a day at the beach. And the swimming pool was nice to use at the end of the day. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood of Homes Beach. It was perfect for our family of four. Take our advice.. rent her golf cart!!! So much fun driving the golf cart around the island. Katy was a wonderful host. We wished we could’ve stayed longer. We hope to stay here again next year!

Great place to stay with the beach so close to your doorstep. Katy is very responsive and helpful. Comfortable accommodations with convenient area restaurants. Not the hustle and bustle of the public beach area but close enough to drive or golf cart there. So perfect!

Heavenly paradise on the beach!!
No doubt Anna Maria Island is one of those places you won’t ever forget. The town, the beach, the breeze, the unbelievable sunset, and from now on, I must say THIS HOUSE! First of all I have to congratulate the owners, specially Katy, what a great customer service!!!! and what a great taste she has when it comes to details and decorations. The house is perfectly neat, she has thought on everything, all that you can ever imagine you may need in your stay it’s in the house. I’m talking about from mosquito repellent until beach’s toys. The only thing you need to bring in it’s your willingness to have a wonderful time, and of course… food! The location is awesome, just few steps away from beach shore, couple of miles from supermarket, restaurants, pier, jet ski rentals and more!!! One of the thing we enjoyed the most was the patio with the pool which it has the perfect size and depth to relax after a whole day in the beach. There are just a couple of things I’d like to bring into attention!!! The entrance to the pool area from the living room has a big step that if you don’t pay attention as you walk you can hurt your toes, or lose balance and fall, this particular area isn’t friendly for people with walking limitations, or whoever in good shape if don’t pay look at floor while walking. Driveway’s entrance to the pool is completely safe! Overall I give a solid 5 star to this place. I would definitely repeat the experience in here! Thank you so much Katy!!!

Great Stay!
The bungalow was very clean, nicely decorated, and in close proximity to the beach and trolly stops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we were grateful that coffee, filters, and paper products were amply stocked. It was great to have beach wagon, chairs, and cooler provided, which made trip to the beach an easy walk. The pool was relaxing at the end of the day. Our only disappointment was not having bikes, which we thought were provided. We would definitely recommend and would rent with Katy again!

AMI beach bungalow
The bungalow was in a great location, very close to the beach and all the restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed having the golf cart to ride around in during our stay. The house itself was very well equipped, it had everything we needed and more. Our kids loved to swim in the pool after a day at the beach. Overall, we had a great vacation and would definitely go back again!

Island paradise!
We had such a wonderful vacation on AMI! The house is so perfectly situated - steps to a gorgeous beach and still close enough to shops and restaurants. Robert & Katy have thought of everything to make your stay so easy - we loved having beach towels and a wagon and beach chairs, and our kids loved when they discovered all the sand toys! We highly recommend renting their golf cart as well - that was the cherry on top and made it possible to explore so much of the island! We certainly hope to be back soon!

We loved this place! Very clean, tastefully decorated and cozy. Owners were very accommodating and kept us In the loop with a washing machine repair, which was completed within a day. We just loved the cool pool area with the waterfall and lovely palms surrounding the fenced in area. You felt like you had your own little island oasis! We definitely gotta go back!

Lovely Place & Excellent Location
What a gem - Clean (Like super clean...!!), lovely home and a great location situated a short walk to a gorgeous beach. We actually felt like we were at one of the Caribbean islands. The house is just big enough for a small family (3-5 PPL) and has two fully updated bathrooms so no one is waiting to get into one. (As the only male in the family I appreciated that!) Very nicely appointed with a small but welcoming salt water pool with a adorable waterfall for a dip to cool off whenever you had the need. Although our last full day was raining the whole time we enjoyed the cozy home by playing games and cooking indoors. Highly recommend and would love to stay there again the next opportunity I get in the area. Thank you both Robert and Katy for hosting such a beautiful home.
