The bedroom has a King bed with luxury linens and sheets plus the bathroom is outfitted with fine fixtures and an oversized walk-in shower.

The kitchen and bathroom feature travertine marble and granite countertops. The outside pool area is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, it has pool furniture for lounging around and a stainless steel gas grill. Just the perfect little spot for a fabulous AMI vacation getaway!

Island Hideaway
It was like a little cottage. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the private pool and the water was so warm and relaxing. Liked that it was only a short walk to beach and in evening to see sunsets. Kitchen was well equipped. Shower was wonderful. Has a grille, outside shower too. All in all a perfect choice for a winter getaway for us. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Vacation
Our stay was amazing! The private pool and fenced in yard was luxurious! The location is perfect, in a quiet, nice neighborhood. we traveled the whole Island on a golf cart. The only thing that was slightly annoying was the alarm button we had to push to get in and out of the back door leading to the pool. On the second day we were pros at it, 😀no big deal. Will definitely book this again, perfect for a couple! Communication was excellent with management, can’t wait to book again!

Nice neighborhood and great for two people.
We enjoyed our stay at this rental. The bed was very comfortable and it a large shower with good water pressure. The pool was also a nice bonus! However, for the price compared to other rentals we have stayed at on the island, I would definitely say it’s overpriced. Some Interior and exterior furniture was worn. The house wasn’t super clean and the beach furniture advertised that it came with was all basically not usable.

Wonderful stay
My family of 4 enjoyed this rental very much. The island is beautiful. We discovered the beach on the north end near Bean Point is the prettiest but the water near the rental was nice too. It’s comparable to the beautiful waters of Destin especially up at Bean Point. The home was small but adequate for us. We did have an issue with the pool alarm initially as we had never stayed anywhere with a private pool. That’s the only part of our check in that was bumpy. Make sure you use that “bypass alarm” button. Complex management was very responsive and helpful. The walk to the beach is easy especially with the wagon. We would definitely stay again.

Not a lot for the price.
Pool is much smaller than appear in pictures. General repair of the property isn’t great. Bed is worn out. Kitchen faucet needs replacing. Stove wouldn’t get hot enough to boil water. Don’t provide appropriate basics in terms of soap and toiletries for the price. Location is great. Island is way more crowded than I expected.

Great location. Pool great. Adequate facilities. Great walk in shower! Cons: rental needs work. Walls are dirty and scuffed. Needs a paint job throughout. Newish microwave too big for space. The one cabinet for food storage couldn’t shut. Pool must have a leak. Water level went down 5 inches. Therefore filter wasn’t getting water. Water and bottom of pool became scummy. Took 2 days for pool person to arrive. Toilet handle first day fell off. Couldn’t flush. Maintenance person came the next day. One ceiling light didn’t work. Maintenance person came and changed bulb. Still didn’t work after that. This rental could be charming. Needs TLC.

Spotless and charming, nicer than the pics!
We found the cottage spotless, cozy and charming, perfect for two people. The location was so close to the beach and the neighborhood was quiet in February. There were plenty of fresh towels. It appeared to have been renovated (bathroom, paint, windows, appliances etc) not long ago. Kitchen cabinet doors show age. The pool is delightful when the weather is warm. We had five days of chilly weather so the pool heat pump couldn’t keep up. We would definitely stay here again, but not in February because we come to Florida for warm weather.

A Gem
This little place was amazing. So close to the beach and the private little pool was perfect for cooling off and hanging out. A few little things need to be updated, but other than that it was a great place to get away.

Charming cottage but showing wear
The cottage was smaller than expected but charming. It is in need of repair/updating. Cabinet knobs falling off; cabinet doors showing considerable wear near knobs and one doesn’t open properly due to hitting microwave. Don’t get me started on the pots and pans which were barely usable. The couch, chair, and bed linens are dirty/worn and either need to be cleaned or replaced. Lastly they provided no bbq utensils so had to use a dinner fork. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
