the house was excellent and very clean- all facilities were first class. Unfortunately there was damage to the bath panel- which was not caused by ourselves and was reported- and we were told we would have to pay for it. I refused to pay for damage that was not caused by us.

Hello, The bath panel was not reported to us until the guest checked out, however we did not charge the guest for repairing this.
