Julian on reception was the epitome of welcoming, positivity and interest in the guest. As an ambassador for the organisation he should be recognised and appreciated by the company.

An older hotel that saw better days, but still comfortable . Off Route 5 in a wooded area, pretty quiet except for the occasional train rumbling by.

I was surprised you chose laminate flooring. Yes durable and easy to clean, but unfriendly on bare feet.
