Awesome! We had a glitch with the ice maker but had a prompt response on how to deal with it. The beds were comfortable. The home was clean and the kitchen had everything you could ask for. The golf cart was great for local travel. The boat launch was close. Thank you Catherine.

Perfect location for scalloping

We have a 28' boat and I will say that's likely the max size you want to bring; we were sticking out the back of the slip but not so much other boats couldn't navigate around. That and the neighborhood / ramp would make it hard if your boat was larger.
The house was well equipped, spacious, clean, with several modern amenities (electric curtains, steam shower, ice machine). Overall 10/10 would rebook (and probably will!)

Publié le 28 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was great! Spacious enough for all eight of us! Kitchen well stocked. Boat slip and canal was convenient and easy to navigate. The golf cart and kayak added to the fun. Catherine was great, checking on us by text to see if all was well or if we needed anything. We will definitely be back!

Home away from Home
Publié le 14 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe have had the opportunity to stay in many short-term rentals; some good, some not so good. This home is hands down one of the nicest we have had the pleasure of renting. Perfect location on a canal just a few hundred feet from the main river and maybe a 10-minute ride to the springs to the left, and a 20-minute ride to the Gulf to the right. Also, just a few minutes from several nice restaurants on the river. I loved that this home was located in a nice, gated community and that a 6-person golf cart was included with the stay. We chose to use that to get to the local eateries. This home was very clean and well stocked. There were so many small touches such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms, a well-stocked and supplied kitchen, and indoor and outdoor games. The bedroom we used was the first one on the left after you get to the top of the stairs and let me tell you, I slept so well in that bed! The owner manages the rental, and she is excellent about communicating all of the Infromation you will need for your stay. I would rate this one 10/10 and am looking ar re-booking.

Birthday weekend

The owners were always available for questions or directions as needed. Boat ramp is convenient and the slip is super accessible. Location is excellent. I can't wait to go back!
