Odd check-in
Publié le 28 sept. 2024 sur HotelsOn arrival, sign on front door said go to side window for check in (about 4 PM). Did so, rang the bell - and was (politely) informed I could come in the front door...
Sign was still up as I left....just found it a bit odd.

Nothing fancy, but a good place to lay your head. Nice staff, everything was very clean.

The first room did not smell clean. Microwave had big hole, and bedding had burn marks and graffiti behind door. We let them know right away and they put us next door and the room was not so much better. As graffiti behind door and burn marks in bedding and did not have a clean smell. Man came to our door and stated it was a remodeled room. But I advised if we could have another blanket, and he said the burned one was new and he can't help what people do.

Perfect getaway hidden gym in Hondo, Texas
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HotelsThis place was immaculate! The rooms were super clean. The beds were firm but great. The bathroom was spotless. The pool area is absolutely beautiful. It was super quiet and off the road, we will definitely return. Well worth the money! The staff were super nice and helpful!! He has the most beautiful huge Ivey in the office.

For the price it was a great night's stay.. Nothing fancy, but clean, large room and no problems. Had a great swimming area for the family...

Very spacious property and room. Although in process of modernized, it was comfortable and very warm and caring staff.
I /we would definitely stay here again if in Hondo.
