We are very glad that you appreciated our Historic Hotel Wayne, which has been in continuous operation since 1827...almost 200 years. We really try hard to maintain its historic character.The Hotel hosts a collection of more than 25 landscape pictures that were painted by H D Becker, a local artist who painted them from 1968-1970. Most of them are very large and are portray Wayne County, PA durjng and immediately after the Civil War.In addition to these historical pictures, we also host a large collection of historical documents from the founding of Wayne County, in 1825 through the late 1800s.We are proud of the history of the Hotel Wayne as an integral part of Wayne County, PennsylvaniaThank you for your appreciation

We enjoyed our several stays at the Wayne Hotel. The restaurant and bar was very good and the staff very friendly. It makes it so convenient when you arrive as we drove miles to get there. It's nice to have that restaurant/bar in the hotel. The rooms were clean and roomy for an older hotel.

We thought the room would have 2 queen beds instead of an old pull out sleep sofa. The hotel is very outdated but clean.
