Les employés sont extraordinaires et parlent un très bon anglais. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal dans le quartier SOho près de central. La station de métro est à 15 minutes de marche. Nous avons été très déçus par l’entretien de l’hotel. Les tapis sont sales dans les corridors, il y a une odeur d’humidité sur l’étage en plus de l’odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain. L’hôtel est sommes toute propre, mais mal entretenu.
