We completely remodeled with new kitchen appliances, tile flooring, cabinets with granite counters, and furnishings! It is a comfy 600-square-foot condo that sleeps up to four people. It has one bedroom, one bath, a full kitchen, a living room and a private lanai (balcony). The bedroom has two queen beds, and the living room has a queen-size sofa bed. In September 2022, we refinished the bathtub and shower walls.
The room comes with free private WIFI, flat-screen TV, cable TV, all linens, beach towels, a full-size refrigerator, stove, stove with pots and pans, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and utensils, iron and ironing board, two (or more) full-size boogie boards, two (or more) Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs, and a small beach cooler.
The full kitchen contains all you will need for your stay: plates, glasses, silverware, a full-size stove, a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, a rice cooker, pots and pans, etc. We also have a Pack 'n Play available for a small child.
We provide a parking pass that gives you one free unassigned parking stall in the onsite parking garage with full in and out privileges.
In case you have to do some work during your visit (or have a LOT of photos to share), we have installed your own private free high-speed internet and WIFI so you do not have to share the network.
This unit is in the very popular Waikiki Banyan condominium with great amenities and is located just a 5-minute walk from one of the most famous beaches in the world! A large recreation deck on the 6th floor has a swimming pool, spa/hot tub, sauna, barbecue grills, tennis court, children's playground and snack bar. Every floor of the building has a trash chute and coin-operated laundry.
It is also close to the Honolulu Zoo, Kapiolani Park, Waikiki Aquarium, Waikiki Marine Life Conservation District, restaurants, live music venues, surfing, swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, hiking, farmers markets and many more fun activities. It is within easy walking distance of the new International Marketplace, popular spots like Duke's, Blue Note, a grocery store, and hundreds of shops.

***** Discounted Rates – Recreation Deck Remodeling Project *****
A project to remodel the recreation deck has begun. As a result, the swimming pool, hot tubs, barbeques, and playground will be unavailable for at least the remainder of 2025, end date TBD. However, the new sauna, restrooms, and showers will remain open. Construction will take place Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There will be no noisy work on Saturdays, and no work on Sundays. The recreation deck is on the 6th floor and this unit is on the 27th floor. Doors and windows can be closed to reduce noise, and the air conditioner will keep the space cool and comfortable.
Our rates have already been significantly discounted for the inconvenience during the remodeling project.
We know not all visitors are “pool people” — many have relatives to visit, explore the island, take part in tours, and enjoy various activities during the daytime.
While the on-site pool is closed, just up the street you'll find a large, lifeguard-protected saltwater swimming area (see the photo with the bright umbrellas)— perfect for swimming, wading, and relaxing. It's very child-friendly and located next to one of the best boogie-boarding spots on the island. Next to the pool area, there is an excellent beach with plenty of shade trees and snorkeling at the Waikīkī Marine Life Conservation District fronting the beach.
