Chambre petite pour 4 personnes : une fois le canapé transformé en lit c'est difficile de circuler.
Du fait d'être très proche de la plage, du bruit dès 5h30
Un service pas présent 24h/24h
Table en verre non fixée et très dangereuse pour les enfants

Aloha,
We deeply apologize for your recent stay with us at Castle Waikiki Shore. We are pleased that you enjoyed some of the amenities and the location. Unfortunately the One Bedroom Park View is slightly smaller than the One Bedroom Ocean Views, but we do have a staff at the front desk you can report anything too from 6 AM to 11 PM and for after hours emergencies you may go to the security guard. We hope for your return and thank you again for your recent stay at Castle Waikiki Shore.

방은 넓고, 깨끗하고, 가전 모두 좋았어요
특히 세탁기 건조기가 다 있어서 아이들과 수영하고 놀기에 너무 좋았습니다.
그리고 호텔 바로 앞에 서핑 보드와 비치 파라솔을 대여 할수 있는데 호텔 투숙객은 할인도 됩니다.
단, 1시간 빨리 호텔에 도착 했는데 체크인을 3시에 맞춰서 해줘서 조금 불편했습니다.
만약 다시 하와이에 가게 된다면 무조건 해당 숙소로 다시 찾을거 같아요

The staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. The property is conveniently located directly across from a major grocery store chain. It offers extremely easy access to the beautiful beach, with amenities available for rent on-site. We enjoyed a full day of paddleboarding, which contributed to a wonderful experience.

At first, after reading some of the bad reviews for Castle Waikiki Shore, I was weary of the stay I had booked here. Upon arriving, my wife and I were greeted with the friendliest front desk host, checking in, and parking couldn't have been easier. So far, everything was clean and hospitable. We were given a fob for doors and elevators throughout the hotel and a 6-digit code for our door, so security was on point. Acceptable wait times for the 2 elevators considering it's 15 floors in an older building (with recent big renovations). Entering our room, my wife was so excited, clean, cool, and modern furnishings. The first thing you notice is the beautiful ocean view from the lanai. It's also a decent size balcony, with a table and 2 chairs for dining, another 2 lounge chairs with ottoman, and then 2 more upright chairs. The room is stocked with all essentials for your stay, if you happen to need more a quick call to the front desk with a list of items you need and they will deliver them to your door, or if you happen to be in the lobby you can just get them there, all day from 9am-9pm. The shops on the first floor are fantastic. There is a gift shop, a cafe, a steak shack, and beach rentals (umbrellas, chairs, snorkeling supplies, surfing, and canoeing). Overall 10/10 from me and would definitely visit again and recommend to family and friends.
