Nice and clean property. Close to everything and safe. Rooms have not been renovated in a while but had everything one needs and was also very clean and comfortable.
Like many large cities, Waikiki (including this street) has its share of homeless people. This could bother some people.
Do not expect peace and quiet at night. The area is super busy with almost 24 hour traffic and all kinds of noises.
Clean small gym that does the job. The pool is small and will accommodate 1 family at a time.
The late afternoon free popcorn is a nice touch.
The personnel was ok. Nobody goes out of their way to help but questions are answered politely.
Hotels are expensive in Waikiki and we were hoping to find a good value. I think we found that at the Coconut Hotel, but we may decide to pay an extra $50 per night to get to the next level next time we are in town.

Bel accueil à cet hôtel, personnel serviable et gentil. Propreté adéquate en général , salles de bains pourrait être mieux entretenues. Bain bouché dans notre première chambre. Nous avons obtenu une nouvelle chambre étant donné notre statut or. Plus belle vue, mieux disposée, tout était super pour le prix. La proximité de l’hôtel était affaire pour les restos et waikiki beach. Nous y retournerions.
