Agréable séjour
Publié le 16 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwayNous avons été les chanceux premiers hôtes de cette maison sécurisante et idéalement située entre le Lioran et Aurillac. Nos enfants ont pu profiter du beau temps de ce mois de février pour jouer dans la cour extérieur entièrement clôturée. La maison est tout équipée, propre et le propriétaire accueillant et bienveilllant. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un séjour à la montagne ou simplement découvrir cette jolie région.

Je n'oublierai jamais cette première ! Un couple très agréable, avec deux petits enfants adorable. Très respectueux des horaires convenu, de la propreté et du respect des lieux. Un grand merci !

Smells like mold and you can see decolorate wood / mold in a few places.
Publié le 2 août 2024 sur HomeAwayRoom very outdated . Manager was rude and suggested room was smelling like mold because we anre unclean :). Horrible customer service . Location was great, the view was excellent.

Thank you for your review. While you were staying, we received a call from Hawaii Marina Vacations (on-site Manager) about your complaint about potential mold (health issue) and roaches in the closet. We have had this unit since 2005 with thousands of guests and not once have we ever received a complaint about mold or roaches. This unit is well maintained. It is outdated in someways, especially the kitchen. TV and furniture is brand new. Additionally, my wife and I just stayed in our unit recently, prior to you checking in. My wife is highly allergic to mold and roaches and checked out the entire unit and there were no issues with roaches or health issues for her. Each time a guest checks out, housekeeping reviews everything and there were no reported issues. We just asked Hawaii Marina Vacations based on your complaint to go and inspect the unit today. They smelled no mold or musty odors and there were no cockroaches. We sent a different member of the management team to go check out the unit and they told us the same thing. We got four opinions and none of them matched your complaint. We are sorry about the Manager rudeness as well, have never had a complaint about them either. We also don't control the customer service there. Very glad you liked the location and view. Hope you have better luck next time. Aloha

Loved the view
Publié le 16 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe condo is nicely located. Close to everything. It was well stocked. The pools are amazing. Coin operated(or credit/debit card)washer and dryer located almost across from the unit. The condo itself could use a remodel. We would stay there again.

PERFECT LOCATION

We find this location perfect for our stays has it has all the convenience of shopping,transport,bars & restaurants.
This unit is just as described.Its little dated and could do with some paint touch ups,however its clean,comfortable and good air con if required.
Overall excellent value and would not hesitate to recommend as a choice of stay.

Publié le 7 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had an amazing time at this condo. We never thought we were resort people until we stayed here. First of all, you can't beat the view! We loved sitting on the lanai, and the added bonus of the Friday night fireworks! The Ilikai building is charming and we loved everything about the grounds. My kids had a great time at the pool, and the location couldn't be beat! We were all sad to leave! Thank you!

Anniversary Stay

Great place to celebrate Anniversary
Publié le 19 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayMy wife and I stayed at this beautiful property for 3 nights before our Norwegian Cruise. What a great start to our 35th Anniversary vacation! Location was excellent. Close to everything. We ate at the fabulous restaurants within walking distance so we never used the kitchen.
We rented a car and there was lots of parking options in the area. $28-$45 per night.
