Beautiful View and Great Location
Publié le 20 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayCozy and clean, can’t beat the view and location. Jan was a great communicator and her listing is accurate. We’ve stayed in various Waikiki locations and this was ideal for us. If you plan to rent a parking space, a mid-size SUV is the largest you should get.

Perfect Location
Publié le 14 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur host - Jan - was absolutely amazing and has kitted the condo out perfectly. The room was perfect for our needs - super clean. The bed was VERY comfortable! A great studio suite. Highly recommend for proximity to ocean and Waikīkī. 👍

So glad you felt safe! It’s the Gold Coast! …. and so it better be safe! It’s one of the reasons I bought in the Diamond Head Neighborhood. Is safe, it’s quiet, it’s convenient. And Kapiolani Park across the street is where the Ali’i (Royalty) used to play Polo and Summer. It’s a very special location…

Zuerst einmal die wenigen negativen Punkte, es ist eine wirklich kleine Wohnung, die mit einem kombinierten kleinen Küchen-Badezimmer-trick das beste rausholt. Auch ist für den täglichen Essensbedarf lediglich ein Toaster, eine Mikorowelle, ein kleiner Kühlschrank und eine Strompfanne vorhanden. Also alles was man essen möchte muss damit hergerichtet werden können. Die Aussicht ist wirklich grandios, die Lage ganz vorzüglich und die Inhaberin des Appartments, sehr nett, reagiert sehr schnell und absolut kulant, wenn man etwas zu bemängeln hat. Das haben wir selbst erleben dürfen.
Der Waikiki beach ist einfach per fuss zu erreichen, trotzdem wohnt man eher ruhig. Der Waschkeller ist leider etwas veraltet. Bei uns liefen 2 von 4 Waschmaschinen nicht und ebenso nur einer von 4 Trocknern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Amazing location & host!
Publié le 22 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayCould not recommend this gem of a location enough!! The views and area are spectacular. Perfect for 1-2 people. Jan is incredibly helpful and communicative. Overall, the perfect place for my fiancé and I to use as a home base while visiting Oahu!

Peaceful, Beautiful Hawaii at its Best!
Publié le 20 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had to, sadly, say goodbye to this wonderful spot at the Diamond Head Hotel & Residences after 8 nights there. We cannot emphasize enough how much we enjoyed our stay. The studio is exactly as described, beautiful, well appointed, with outstanding views from both sides, everything we could need to make our stay as comfortable as our own home.
Jan, the owner, was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. She made sure that we had everything that we needed, and answered questions quickly when we had them.
My favorite part of our stay was the cooling trade winds that blew through the apartment, the sound of the waves, the change of the weather, and the light at sunrise and sunset. There really are no words adequate enough to describe how much we enjoyed our stay. It certainly changed the way we always viewed staying on this shore, in town, this close to Waikiki. We tend to favor the North Short, but spending time in the Diamond Head neighborhood, with the park, the little hidden beaches, and so may places to walk in the morning, certainly changed our minds. It was simply idyllic.
We will most definitely return at some point in the future, and if not us next, some of our Ohana because they most certainly will hear of our experience and see our photos! Mahalo for everything - every little thoughtful touch, your kindness, and for sharing it with us. We loved every minute of our stay.
