This unit is located on a high floor of the Aston Waikiki Sunset Hotel, this condo offers one bedroom (one king size bed), one bath, expansive living area (queen sofa bed), and FREE parking. Central AC through the unit. NO RESORT FEE!

Fully stocked kitchen, with all the essentials makes this condo feel like home. Sleeping arrangements: One King bed, two twin size bunk beds and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

Waikiki Sunset is conveniently located one block from the famous Waikiki beach, world-class dining, shopping, bus line access, biki (bike rental), Honolulu zoo, Waikiki aquarium, international market place, Kapi’olani beach park. Exploring the island is convenient and easy with many transportation options right outside your front door.

The Positives:- Pictures were accurate- Clean Unit- Free Parking is clutch- Excellent location (short walk to international marketplace / target / Beach)- Bed was comfortable- Stocked with Beach equipment! (Lounge Chairs, Beach towels, boogie boards, umbrellasAreas for improvement:- The Unit is located within a very outdated hotel (Aston Waikiki). The Elevators need renovation. Although there are 4 elevators, it often felt like only 1 was in use at a time. People would often crowd into the elevator, due to long waits. - Kitchen items could use improvement (a larger chef's knife would be nice. Difficult to cut store bought fruit with small knives)- Dish Rack was rusty/dirty. Did not have anywhere to dry our dishes- The Door of the unit does not close all the way on its own. You need to push it close, to make sure it's closed. It also doesn't have a secondary bolt or chain lock; only the 1 electronic lock.- Shower water pressure was subparOverall, our stay was fine. It's not luxurious, if you're used to 5-star hotels, but it is a clean and convenient place for a small family.

Wonderful stay!
Kameron was such an excellent host! Instructions were clear and everything went so smooth. The unit was clean and had everything we could possibly need for our stay, including boogie boards, umbrellas, and chairs. We were celebrating my birthday and he went out of his way to provide a cake and lei. He allowed us an early check in and late check out. We will definitely choose one of his properties in the future. Also, the views from this unit were incredible! The central air was a very nice touch and being so high up, the unit was very quiet. The mattresses were very comfortable, including the pullout bed. Parking was generally really easy and we parked a mini van for our stay with no issues. You will not regret staying in this unit!

Waikiki Sunset Condo
Wonderful condo! Was within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Parking lot always had enough spots and getting in/out was easy. The kids loved the pool! The view was amazing and we saw several rainbows. Kameron was a wonderful host! He checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed and had great recommendations. The check in/check out process was super easy. We highly recommend this condo and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful apartment near Waikiki Beach with awesome view
We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It’s very close to Waikiki beach (5min walking distance). There is a parking garage right next to the building that we were allowed to use. Also, there are many restaurants and food trucks in walking distance. The apartment itself was very clean and provided everything we needed (kitchen equipment, towels and beach towels, …). The view from the balcony was amazing! The only improvement that we can think of would be to send the check-in information a couple days in advance. All in all, we had a lovely stay and can definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you!

It was great to be close to the beach, easy access to garage for day trips. Convenience of laundry if needed, towels, chairs and umbrella for beach were a pleasant and welcomed addition. The room was clean and welcoming.

Perfect stay!
Overall, we really loved our stay here. Clean unit! Kids loved the bunk bed with the scenic view. Nice kitchen setup up for a small family and we appreciated all the small amenities for laundry and cooking. Walking distance to Waikiki and all restaurants/shops. Highly recommend!

The place is as great as it looks in the pictures. We were a family of 3 and it was perfect for us. Great location. We walked to the beach everyday. We walked to the zoo and the aquarium (not much to see at the aquarium). We would definitely stay there again if we get to HNL again.

Wonderful condo in Waikiki
This condo is just how it looks in the pictures! Very clean and comfortable, although quite small for a family of 5- but I think this is probably how all properties in downtown Honolulu are as it’s a high rise building. It was a very short walk to Waikiki beach and all the shops/restaurants you could imagine. We loved having large beach towels and a few chairs to use! We had an issue with the pullout sofa the first night, but the host Kameron was super quick to respond and had it fixed in a matter of a couple hours. He was amazing! He even accommodated us to have a late check out for no expense. We definitely loved the island of Maui more than the hustle and bustle of Honolulu, but if we ever return here we’d definitely want to stay in one of his properties! The only small things I’d recommend for improvement would be to get some baking sheets and a cheese grater for the kitchen. Otherwise this condo had everything we needed!

Family vacation in Hawaii
The rental is as described. It is recently remodeled and very nice. (We were worried in arrival because the lobby and hallways are dated). The check-in process was super easy. The location is great 5 min from the beach. There are beach chairs and beach towels so it was real easy. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal. I would rent this place again. The host had some good recommendations for place to eat in his welcome package.

Get away stay cation
We wanted to stay near my family on Oahu there so we chose to stay here. It was very clean and really enjoyed the kitchen. The views were amazing as well. The only down size which Kameron helped us with immediately was the parking issue. If you rent a big suv, be mindful as the parking garage only allows 6 feet and we barely made it and could only park on level one because of it. Because the building itself was under construction, there was no where else to park so I contacted Kameron for options and he took care of it right away. For that, we were very grateful because I was so concerned about enjoying our time there but worrying about coming back to find no parking. If you have a normal car, it won’t be a problem just with oversized SUV’s, you may have one. There’s no closet so that was just one small thing we needed to adjust to but there was a hanging area provided. Our stay overall was very relaxing and comfortable there. Having the outside washer and dryer, it wasn’t hard at all to get a spot and it was just 2 doors from the room so very convenient. Mahalo Kameron for communicating with us during our stay and being responsive to the needs at the time we needed help allowing us to enjoy the rest of our vacation there.

The Best Rental I've Ever Experienced..
First, I am from Oahu - moved away almost 10 years ago but come back often. I've stayed in many rentals but this one was by far the best. The host Kameron was literally the meaning of Aloha, he was kind, helpful and always ready to provide anything if needed. The home was beautiful in pictures but even better in person. The entire home was spotless - this is a HUGE thing for me - and the fact that even the pull out couch/bed was crystal clean meant so much to me. The unit was so comfortable, spacious, and perfectly situated close enough to the laundry, elevators, + trash chute. The view was amazing of the mountains - enjoying the view high up, with hardly any noise. The beds were so comfy and Kameron made sure to provide us with extra sheets/bedding for the extended stay. The kitchen was huge, although we only used the microwave - it was stocked with everything you need to cook if need to. Beach towels were included as well + beach chairs to make your day at the beach more enjoyable. I also loved that it was fully stocked with Paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, and even Clorox wipes + vacuum. The location is close enough to walk to Kalakaua or Kuhio and enjoy the great food, beach and entertainment. I woke up and used the gym and enjoyed sitting on the deck on the 6th floor which had a beautiful view of diamond head. I would 1000% recommend this unit to anyone! Just an amazing experience. Clearly just had been remodeled. Slept 3 adults and two kids very comfortable. Space is laid out very efficiently and is comfortable. Host was super responsive, though they could have been more forthright with planned power outage.

The condo is a great location and the parking available was a plus.
The Manager Kameron was very helpful and available in a very short notice for replacing a light switch broken at the front door/kitchen of the condo, and that show respect for the renters. It is not easy to cook in the dark with no light so the repair was very appreciated. Mahalo Kameron for our condo.
