The hotel is overrated. The services are mediocre especially at the pool. The servers are impolite and the bathroom at the pool is dirty, tired and disgusting in comparison to the rest of the amenities. Big shout out to Ken at front desk. Pleasant and welcoming.

Quiet and beautiful scenery with the ocean view. Close (10min walk) to the largest outdoor mall with lots of dining options. Conveniently located 30 min walk from excursions. Breakfast was ok but lots of choices. Check in took longer than expected. Concierge staff and cleaning staff were the best!

would be perfect if the hotel provides laundry machines. many guests stay a few days and go swimming/surfing/snorkeling, there are a lot clothes to wash and dry, hotel laundry service is too expensive, so a laundry machine would be very helpful.
