Unfortunately during my stay the bar tender was required offsite for a photoshoot and service by the pool for drinks was nearly impossible. From a customer service perspective someone else should have been used for the photo shoot or another staff member to be covering the one that had to go.

コスパ考えたら結構オススメなホテルだと思います。より良いホテルはもちろんありますが、良くない点はないかと思います。ホテルは休む場所、基本的には外を楽しむという方にはちょうどよいと思います!

Although most of the staff we encountered were amazing and so friendly. Janitorial was horrible. The did not leave us toilet paper, did not vacuum, the toiletries were empty, luckily I bring my own but for those who don’t that would have been a problem. We also had a few stained towels.

Only Valley parking, which is a bummer but was convenient to literally everything you needed. They really do focus on being quiet and allowing our guests to have a relaxing time. beds were super comfortable

I will definitely be back to this hotel. The best part was that we were so close to the International Market. Everything was walkable. Since we stayed at this hotel, we were even able to rent beach chairs and an umbrella which was close to the beach. It was perfect!

Stayed for 4 nights/5days. The whole place feels very new, sleek, and well-decorated. Hotel staff were very nice and responsive. Like some commenters have pointed out, when checking in we didn't receive any info on the housekeeping schedule or Wi-Fi, until we asked about it later. The hotel does seem to be more suited to younger adults. The senior members of my family had minor challenges with the bedside lamps and nightstands (e.g. both being fairly small). The hotel is located in an area where there's a good amount of noise from vehicle and walking traffic, but it wasn't too much of a disturbance. We did enjoy how close everything that we needed was!
