Wir mussten alles erfragen und bekamen kaum Informationen bei der Ankunft (z.B. WLAN-Zugang oder die Information, dass es keine Zimmerreinigung gibt). Wir hatten ein Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk, hier hat uns permanent ein pfeifendes Geräusch vom Luftstrom beschallt. Lage, Location und Ausstattung soweit gut.

Great stay at Romer House. The property is well located with nice facilities. I didnt mind that room service was not done daily but there was no fixed schedule so wasnt sure when the job would be done next.

great location, close to most things in Waikiki- food, shopping, beaches. It's all within walking distance. Nicely renovated, rooms are nice. Staff is great! super friendly and helpful.

Great property, everything is nicely renovated and updated. Perfect location to explore Waikiki, would stay again!

Do NOT waste your money on this hotel. Their main pic of the front of the hotel does not even come close to what the property looks like. Broken up / cracked / uneven sidewalk in front of hotel. AC did not work. TV did not work. Fridge did not work. Eventually found that for some reason the TV power and HDMI Cable were unplugged, and the fridge was unplugged. AC was set to 59 Degrees, but NEVER got below 78 deg. When calling Front desk, the phone rang and rang for about 10 minutes every time we needed to call them. Poor & extremely dim lighting in the room. Only one wall switch for the lights and that's for the bathroom. They do not offer Housekeeping every day... it is ONLY every other day. When Housekeeping did come in, all they did was make the beds. No replenishment of towels or toilet paper. No vacuuming of the floor. Because of them NOT answering their phone, we went down to request towels & toilet paper. They said they would send some up... well what a surprise, they NEVER did send anything up. Their breakfast options are very limited. Their pool is a small barbie doll pool. You are pretty much forced to use the Valet Parking because you will NOT find any available parking nearby.

Very pleased with our stay at Romer House Waikiki. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant in the hotel was excellent.
