Hotel très bien situé, personnel dévoué, la chambre avec vue sur mer est très bien, il n’est pas nécessaire de choisir l’option « face à la mer » Je recommande cet hôtel

The rooms need a lot of work. The a/c sounds like it’s going to blow up the room. Toilet makes a weird sound, even when it’s not being used. Bathtub needs to be redone (Rusty in corners). The water provided in room tasted terrible. The coffee machine in the room was super dusty where you put water. I did feel safe due to guest needing a key to get to room. It was pretty close to a lot of walkable places.

Had to get a fan from maintenance as our AC didn’t work well and was hot and humid in our room to the point my husband didn’t sleep well our whole stay. Also, two hours after we checked out I received a text from the hotel that I had forfeited my $500 deposit as the “sensor” in the room detected we had conveniently smoked mere minutes before we left for the final time after no issues with that all week. I nor my husband smoke-THC, nicotine, vape, etc. We gladly asked for THC and nicotine testing as we knew we had not smoked in the room, but of course was denied that and told tough luck. The manager, Amber, then called security as she didn’t like us asking questions and could not give us any answers would just say “I can’t make those decisions.” She then accused my husband and I of smoking in front of numerous people that were checking in/out and basically told us we needed to deal with the consequences of our own actions. We both have jobs that require routine drug and nicotine testing. Afterwards I read countless reviews left regarding the same issue with no resolution and is typically linked to aerosols such as hairspray and/or water vapor. This is ridiculous, you need to do better.
