Clean condo, well located

Thank you Samuel. We are concerned that you mention it was smaller than expected? The sq ft is larger than a hotel room considerably and sq ft listed in our advertising approx 650 plus lanai. Glad you enjoyed this completely remodeled condo for 1/2 the cost of a hotel stay and free parking. Aloha!

Waikiki Stay
Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe unit was contemporary, clean and well appointed for an enjoyable stay with easy walking distance to the nearby beach park, restaurants and shopping. Included parking was a plus. On the downside, public common areas were tired looking and broken elevators were problematic in our coming and going. Priced well for the area.

Thank you Raymond. While we would love to be able to control the upgrades happening at the building, we can only control our condo. The new elevators will be finished in late September (as of now) and a much needed improvement. The new ones will be faster and much nicer. Our building has measures in place to make sure guests are prioritized over service people so we wish we would have been informed so we could let management know. Haller Coastal Homes

Very Easy and Relaxing Spot
Publié le 25 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayI was very pleased with this stay. I initially worried because we weren’t directly on the beach, but didnt think about that at all once we settled in. At just one block away, walking to the beach was easy, and what literally everyone else was doing.
We really appreciated the beach towels and beach items, it made dropping in and enjoying the beach easy. There was enough toiletries to last our family of three with plenty left over, even surprise items like aloe gel and rough skin lotion!
The beds were clean and very comfortable. The mattresses had two mattress covers/protectors so I appreciated that. After initial inspection there was no second guessing and I was truly able to relax!
Others mentioned elevator waits. I can see how that could have been an issue. There is a queue on the first floor, but I never saw it busy and most people just knew to scoot and let people on the elevator.
In terms of quietness, it was fine. There was a tenant above us that was sliding their door closed between the bedroom and living area, but that was all we noticed. We were also so tired from hiking, exploring and swimming and we are hard sleepers anyway.
It wasn’t that big a deal but the toilet paper holder is in and odd spot and once the roll gets low enough it falls directly into the trashcan or on top of the toilet brush stand, but that was literally the only down to this place. I would absolutely stay here again It’s a fantastic deal with the parking pass and its location is great!

Wow! Thank you for such an in depth review Joanna! So glad you were able to relax and enjoy this special condo. The owner strives to make sure guest have what they need and lots of extras as well. Cleanliness is our top priority too and glad you were able to see the extra steps the owner takes to protect the guests. The elevator project is nearing completion with almost all new ones in. The HOA has done a great job in making sure priority is given to guests over all others and it's running smoothly when one elevator is down being replaced. We would love to have you back. Family getaway and Niece’s Graduation!

Thank you Michele! We appreciate the review and feedback. Yes, the HOA decided to replace each elevator one by one which should be done in July. They have plans in place to make sure peak hours with 1 elevator down out of 4 will not impact guests. The great part is that the new elevators will be much more efficient in the future and hold more guests at a time. We would love to have you back! Thank you, Haller Coastal Homes

Loved our stay!

Excellent condo

Everything was close to restaurants and shopping mall in Waikiki!!
