Honomu Haven
PubliĂ© le 8 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur HÄlau Group Of 10 adults return to Hilo every year for the Merrie Monarch Hula Competition & Festivities. This Is our 2nd year to stay at Honomu Haven! We feel more at home staying here rather than a Hotel! Each day the girls take turns in preparing a breakfast before we depart for the day and also prepare a dinner to eat when we return in the late evening after the competition for that day has ended. ItÊ»s just nice to relax and visit around the large table in the kitchen! After a full day of activities we were able to comfortably get a good nights rest! Honomu Haven truly meets all of our expectations.

Diamond in the Rough

The playground across the street was fabulous. The neighborhood is very safe.BarrĂa Boss is a must eat at, walking distance. I will definitely stay at this house again, without hesitation.

As we were all attending the Merrie Monarch Hula Competition this location got us out of all the hustle and bustle in Hilo Town! It was s short drive of 20 minutes to Hilo and the Edith Kanakaole Stadium. We loved and thank you so much for the lawn mowing..,realizing that there had been so much âUAâ on Hawaii Islandđ

Reunion of Friends
PubliĂ© le 26 fĂ©vr. 2023 sur HomeAwayGroup of 8 nursing classmates celebrated our 50 year reunion! This 2 story home with 5 bedroom, 2 bath is spacious, clean, comfortable, and charming. The tile and wooden floors and beautiful staircase are the highlights. The location is convenient to visit Hilo, Honokaa, and Waimea. Itâs 10 minutes to Akaka Falls and thereâs pickleball on MWF evenings in the gym across the street. Cell phone service is weak inside the home. Reception is better outside the house. Wi-fi available.
