We did not like the super poor WiFi and related super poor tv/wifi service.

The view is beautiful. The buildings are beautiful. It is very clean, & the staff is very nice. It is a beautiful area. The bathrooms are very large. It is expensive. The coffee bags made terrible coffee. The noise from trains during the night was very noticeable. It is not close to anything.

Thank you for staying with us. We are glad that you enjoyed it. Sorry that the coffee was not enjoyable though! We did quite a lot of research and tasting before choosing Steeped coffee for our guest rooms. We have found that letting it steep the full 5 minutes really improves the flavor and experience.

Right on Columbia River with beautiful views. Tv worked great. Very comfortable for the night.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First, parking was a major issue. We drove around the property several times trying to find a spot, which was quite frustrating after a long day of travel. To make matters worse, the hotel office sign was nearly invisible, making it difficult to even locate where to check in. Once we finally found our way to the room, we were disappointed again. The room was incredibly small and felt very cramped, almost claustrophobic. It wasn’t bright or welcoming, which made our stay uncomfortable. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Thank you for staying with us Nadia. We are sorry that the 180 square foot non-view room you selected was not satisfactory. Our boutique hotel does have several free parking areas. While they provide enough parking for all of our guests, they are located in different areas and can be somewhat confusing. Hopefully if you are ever in the area again, you will give us another chance. We would be happy to help you select a room more to your liking, as we have several types and sizes to suite most guest needs.
