This end was perfect. The owner was very gracious and gave us a lot of information. The morning breakfast was awesome.

Everything very superior!!! My wife and I will be back next year for our 50th birthday year, we’ll try one of the other rooms. Thank you so very much!!

Breakfast was wonderful. Virginia was very professional and polite. The room that we were given was old, and not updated. We slept on a Murphy bed which was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was through the dining room. About 30 feet away. The place was rated 4 and 1/2 stars at trip advisor. We are still wondering how they got that rating.

Thank you for choosing to stay at the Inn at the Gorge and sharing your experience! I'm sorry to hear you were surprised by the configuration of the Gorge room relative to its bathroom. As you pointed out the bathroom for the Gorge room is NOT en suite, however it is intended for the exclusive use of guests in the Gorge room. This is our only room that does not have an en suite bathroom and The Gorge room is priced to account for this. We hope that you, overall, still felt like you received excellent value! Thank you again for staying at the Inn and sharing your experience. I hope you'll consider staying at the Inn at the Gorge on your next visit to Hood River!

Great place if you don’t want to see or deal with anyone. Breakfast is average but great location away from noisy train
