J'ai réservé une chambre avec salle de bain mais à mon arrivée, les toilettes étaient dehors et les douches communes. Il faut discuter un peu. L'endroit est agréable et calme. Parfait pour se dépayser

Our not so perfect holiday!!
Publié le 3 janv. 2022 sur HotelsThe location is beautiful and scenery but the cottage itself was too small to accomodate 4 of us. No proper beds just sofa beds which were really a hassle to open and rather uncomfortable.
There is no private bathroom and the toilet and showers are locared separately outside the cottage. Making this very uncomfortable and awkward if one needs to use the bathroom late at night in the cold, rain and snow.
We ended up leaving and didnt make our full stay 😪

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback from your stay with us. We are sorry we did not live up to your expectations. The cottage you made a reservation for is one of four with a shared bathroom. Our other five cottages are bigger and have private bathrooms in the cottage, but are of course priced accordingly. The information that the cottage was 19 sqm, and that there are only bed sofas was clearly stated in the presentation of the cottage on Hotels.com and in our conversation prior to your arrival we informed you that this cottage has a shared bathroom in a separate building. So we are a bit surprised that you commented on that in your review. However, we see now that we need to highlight this more on the booking site so that future guests won't miss this relevant information and make a reservation with proper expectations. So thank you again for bringing this to our attention and we hope you will come back someday and stay in one of our larger cottages :-)

Övernattning
Publié le 18 août 2021 sur HotelsVi hade ett litet hus med toa, dusch och kök samt två rum med flera sovplatser, alldeles lagom för 4vuxna och två barn en fin sommardag. Grill fanns vid stugan.
Trevlig mottagning i receptionen med information om området som var överraskande mycket bl.a. möjlighet för bad och fiske samt matning av gårdens djur på morgonen. Mycket nöjd.

Fräscht boende
Publié le 22 juill. 2021 sur HotelsAndra året vi bor på Ullstorp och vi är lika nöjda som sist. Stugan var välstädad och utrustad med det mesta som behövs. Toaletter och dusch är fräscht och hålls efter bra. Personalen är trevlig och området är lugnt och passar perfekt för barnen. Finns flera aktiviteter att göra på boendet och nära till Skåne Djurpark
