The full kitchen is artfully decorated in vibrant turquoise and with all the appliances necessary to make everything from a midnight snack to a delicious dinner, the chef of the group will feel right at home here. The table in the dining room is set for six, although a bistro table on the deck invites you to enjoy your meal al fresco on warm summer days. Head to the hot tub on the deck to watch the sun set over the lake and soothe your tired muscles. Although the view might take your breath away, don't forget to snap a few pictures to send to friends back home using the wireless Internet.

Bring your boat (there's a boat ramp less than 2 miles away at Lakeview Park) and spend an afternoon on the lake or check out the Gold Hill Trail, an eight-mile biking and hiking trail with breathtaking views. Offering everything from cross-country skiing to snowboarding to snowmobiling in the winter and a number of hiking trails during the summer, Schweitzer Mountain Resort is only 25 miles away. Adults in the group may also enjoy a visit to Pend d'Oreille Winery or Laughing Dog, a local craft brewery.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
