"The staff was superb. We, having been in France for 3 weeks prior to our arrival had quite a bit of laundry. The staff, took care of this for us at our arrival and we received our clean folded clothes the next day. Nothing beats this location as the rear of the hotel puts you right in the center of a pedestrian street lined on all sides with cafes and restaurants as well as the entry to the Chateau Amboise. Free street parking in the front of the hotel could not be more convenient. While the hotel interior could use some updating, our room was perfect. The staff out performed expectations. Access to surrounding Loire Valley points of interest made this a perfect base for exploration."

"This property has been lovingly updated. Such a pleasant place to stay. The windows can be opened to let in fresh air. In the evenings we needed to turn on the heating system which worked well. There’s a tiny washing machine and a drying rack. The kitchen, living area, and the ONLY toilet are located downstairs. The two bedrooms, tub and sink, are located upstairs. That was the only drawback, not having the toilet In the bathroom. It’s walking distance to many sightseeing spots, restaurants, and shopping. The garden In the courtyard was well-maintained and peaceful. I highly recommend this property! "
