Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsPerfect spot for unwinding. Quiet. Safe. NICE PEOPLE. There are golf carts for rent if you want to wander. Nice, reasonably priced restaurant on site. 20 minute flight from Belize city then 25 min ride to Hopkins.

This was a great and peaceful place to stay. The staff was communicative and very friendly. I met Steven always looking out for us when we came back late. He greeted us and make sure we got back to our rooms safely. The manager when leaving asked us if there’s was anything we can improve. That is a sign of great customer service.

I call this property a work in progress. They should add television to rooms for rainy days and forcwhen guests just want to chill. The pool should stay open longer as the ocean is not viable when rough. The restaurant should always be available for three mealsbeach day and should close later. Let all know where to park and how they should park.
They have a great security guard who walks the property from dusk to dawn and introduces himself so all are aware he is around.

Thank you for your review Andrew! I appreciate your points and will implement some of them. We have made a conscious decision not to add tv's to the rooms, since we've received many comments from guests that it helps them unplug and relax. (Our sister property, Buttonwood Belize, does have TV's.) I will immediately ensure that we advise guests better on where to park, and we've recently extended our pool hours. We do not serve dinner every night because guests always want to try the local fare nearby, but I will ensure we extend the restaurant hours a bit. Beachfront Paradise
Publié le 24 août 2023 sur HotelsAbsolutely lovely property right on the beach. The team was friendly, helpful and professional beginning with the delicious welcome drink. Room was nice and spacious and had an amazing ocean view. The pool was definitely a highlight.
