Enjoyed my stay at the Best Western in Hopkinsville. Attentive staff, newly renovated rooms. Very clean, quiet. Enjoyable stay!

There were coffee packets in the room but no coffee pot. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk to report this. I let it go as we were only stopping overnight on our way home and it was obvious that the property was under renovation. Later, I received a call from front desk asking about a missing coffee pot. I did not steal a motel coffee pot!

Property is under renovation as of 9/24 but it's moving forward very well. Punch list items still pending but large items completed. Clean and comfortable.

Publié le 17 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThis property is a work in progress. Our room was recently remodeled and very clean. The humidity in-room was a bit high but still comfortable. There are also a few places one might say are “rough around the edges” but nothing that affected our stay or would deter us from a future stay. The two employees (one is the owner) we interacted with were very friendly and greeted us very professionally. Room prices in Hopkinsville are high; this property is reasonable.
We got a good nights sleep for a reasonable price in a comfortable room. That’s about all we need.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean hotel with comfortable room and bed. Definitely would recommend it.
