Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Good transportation options, although if coming in from Tuesday Island by ferry it would be easy to walk to the hotel assuming that you didn’t have a lot of bags. Pub and restaurant onsite for lunch and dinner, food was excellent.

The hotel is adequate but I thought very expensive for what it was compared to other remote locations. The room I had was a superior king suite so I was expecting more. The room was very dated and the old air conditioner very noisy. For a self rated 4 star property I would have expected at least a hairdryer as they did have a pool but noway to dry long thick hair. The most annoying thing was the room was very hot and only one fixed key which you needed to turn the a/c on. When I went for a meal and removed the key and came back and the room was stifling hot again. The hotel adjacent had nice pub food.

The beds are to soft. I got up in the morning with a bad back and iv had to go to the chiropractic three times to get my back right not happy Jan

Property was extremely clean and well maintained, great prompt service and good facilities including meals.
