Bon hotel avec des lits au top!

The property seemed understaffed, both at the desk and the food service. Food choices were limited, but OK. I was disappointed with the Breakfast Burrito - it was stuffed with tater tots, not sausage and beans, and it was broiled like a chimichanga.

Comfortable stay

Great Hotel. Had to pay for breakfast but it was delicious. Bar had no tonic water!

There was a restaurant and bar and nice lounge. Evening Staff (6:30pm) was exceptionally nice, friendly and helpful!

Pool area closed

It would be nice to know if the pool/hot tub is closed prior to booking. i just went out of my way to stay at a bonvoy property with a pool/hot tub, back to back nights, and both pool areas were closed. There were plenty of other options that I can look into next time. VERY frustrating!!

Crushed up hot Cheetos on the floor, crumbs in the bed and empty water bottles under the stand I made a complaint to the front desk before I left they said somebody would get in touch with me but never did it’s going on a week
