Immaculately presented. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely look to book here again for future accommodation at Magnetic Island. Lovely lady who helped us with check in and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

I made our booking on Friday night for the following day to stay Saturday night. Saturday morning i was packing when i recieved this text message:
Hi Kylie,
We do not have a vacancy for your booking today.

I understand things happen and if a room is listed in multiple places it could be possible to be double booked but i was extremely dissapointed to find out through such a blunt text message. Firstly i feel the message warranted a phone call to inform us, not a text, and secondly, it could have started with "Im really sorry but unfortunately we dont have a vacancy for your booking".
We certainly wont be booking here again

You forgot to mention that I sent you an email informing you that there was no vacancy and when you didn't respond I thought I had better send you a text as an extra notiifaction just in case. Sorry you didn't approve of the wording.
