The hotel is a converted nicely
Preserved Old historic building/fort, centrally located, on the main tourist street, and on the water next to the marina. Beautiful direct views of Mount Pico on Pico island. Excellent staff. Nice swimming pool. Rooms with nice balconies.

Great value!
Posted Nov. 25, 2019 on HotelsGreat, historic location and they do a great job of preserving that vibe! However, comfort could be greatly (and inexpensively) enhanced with minimal upgrades to modernize these rooms with 21st century amenities, such as dedicated smart charge stations. Nevertheless, the staff was professional, and extremely helpful and informative. We will definitely be returning!
