Upon check in we were informed the hotel does not allow pets. Prior to making reservations we visited that particular hotel's website and noticed pets were welcomed. We decided not to board our dog and bring her on the trip because we had read " pets are welcomed ". This was a huge inconvenience!!!

Holiday Inn Express is the absolute GOAT when it comes to affordable hotels. Breakfast was top notch and the beds are reliably comfortable. Everything was clean, staff were helpful. The only possible complaint I have is that we accidentally were there during Indy 500 and so prices were about 3 or 4x what they normally are. But everything else was great.

We were satisfied with everything except the bed was a little high off of the floor. Really appreciated the flat to the floor walk-in shower as my husband is handicapped.

Good morning breakfast, helpful and kind staff, clean rooms - but they do have a slight cleaning product/chemical smell to the rooms and hallways. We were visiting family in Hoschton and it was a great stay. Easy access to highways. We are planning to stay here again the next time we visit.
