Our pleasant stay
The place is small but well done. Comfortable beds, clean large bathroom and nicely stocked Kitchen. Very clean and easily accessed. Short drive to historic bath houses and Oaklawn Horse racing. Highly recommend!

Nice place to stay in Hot Springs
Everything was fine, as expected. The washer/dryer was nice to have access to. Location was good. If we stayed again, we would bring our fishing poles! There were a few cold nights and there are only large space heaters in the house. Otherwise, no complaints. Thank you!

Nice Stay
Really enjoyed our stay here in Hot Springs. Have been to Hot Springs many times and the location here was the best yet. Gretchen was great with communication and was very prompt with answers to my questions. The house was clean and had all the needed kitchen items. There was a small issue with the traffic speed on the road. It is a small road with a speed limit of 25, but many of the local folks would race by. We would definitely recommend this house and plan to come back next year.

Perfect weekend stay!
Loved this property, will definitely be booking again while traveling for wedding planning! It’s so organized and everything is labeled so you know where everything is. We’re hot natured and the AC was great to us, the neighboring properties were quiet. Highly recommend!

The livingroom A/C needs some maintenance as does the kichen faucet which needs to be replaced. There is no dining room here. There is just a small kitchen adjoining the living room.

Super cute house
The house its self was great. Location was in a weird spot but it was fine. Our only complaint really was the door locks. The actual front door that you don't use really only has a knob lock i think a chain oer pad lock would be good. And the back door that you have to use is definitely unsafe.It has a number lock that doesnt like to work and i couldnt get owners to answer so my husband had to get a card to get in. When we got in we could still see the light from outside. It is overly easy to break in since there are also no other locks on that door either. We went to wal-wart and got a portable door lock.
